| Off-Side
Drop Transition Carry
This is the
carry profile most often used in the CQB environment.
With the long gun slung in this manner, should the weapon
fail to fire, for any reason, let it drop and it will
fall and hang to your off side, clear of your holstered
handgun. You may then draw the handgun and stay in the
fight.
